In this one hour meeting we will talk through all of your birth options and create a unique visual birth plan to help you communicate your plan to your birth support team. We will then email you a pdf copy that you can print off and take to your care provider. Research shows that women who had a birth plan were almost twice as likely to avoid a C-section. Plus, women who clearly and effectively communicate what they want at their birth are more likely to get it. Don't fall prey to conveyor belt care offered by our current medical system. We create birth plans for any location (Home, hospital, or birth center) and any type of birth including natural labor, inductions, and planned c-sections.
