This 4 hour class is perfect for first time parents or people new to Nashville. We meet in the privacy and comfort of your own home to discuss childbirth. What topics do we discuss? We will bring a folder full of great birth info and cover all the topics to have you prepared for birth from packing your hospital bag to epidurals to postpartum planning. Most couples also like that we discuss Dad tips and relaxation techniques. We can address any topics you specifically are interested in. Just let us know. We will bring a rebozo to share with you another way to find comfort in birth and pregnancy. What you need to bring: A smile and a list of questions for us to explore. It would be good if your husband can attend as well so that we can address his questions also. *** If you live more than a 30 minute drive from Franklin, there will be a $50 charge for gas and travel time. ***
